The Kimble Chase management group currently consists of three members.
Randy Baughman - CEO (interim)
Prior to joining Kimble Chase, Randy held increasing responsibilities at several multi-national corporations, most recently as CFO of Gerresheimer Glass, Inc. His responsibilities included finance, treasury, tax, and IT. Randy is also responsible for Global Supply Chain activities within Kimble Chase. Prior to Gerresheimer Glass. Inc., Randy was Financial Director for 10 years at Valeo Automotive, including a two year secondment in Sweden. He held functional and business management responsibilities for finance, treasury, tax, and IT at various divisions/locations within Valeo.
Earlier in his career, Randy was a Staff Accountant for a local CPA firm, where he went on to earn his CPA certificate. Randy graduated from Penn State University with a BS degree in Accounting, Management and a minor in Economics.
Ken Falkowitz - Business Director
Prior to Joining Kimble Chase, Ken held a variety of leadership positions with the Laboratory Consumables Division of Thermo Fisher Scientific. Most recently, he formed and led the Customer Application and Compliance Support business segment. Previously, he served as the Business Segment Director for BioProduction as well as the OEM Packaging and Diagnostic Products portfolio within the Laboratory and Speciality Plastic Business of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
Throughout his career, Ken has held several product management, marketing, business development, and sales positions within the laboratory and life science industries. He brings to Kimble Chase a proven track record of organization development, business process improvement, product portfolio management, and customer service excellence. Ken graduated from Hofstra University with a BA in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry and received an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology, E. Philip Saunders College of Business.
Bradley Hogg - Vice President Operations
Prior to joining Kimble Chase, Brad held a variety of leadership positions encompassing manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President of Operations for Matrix Technologies, a Thermo Fisher business unit, producing liquid handling equipment and consumables for medical and biological research.
Prior to Thermo Fisher, Brad held leadership positions related to the manufacturing and engineering of specialty optical fiber cable systems utilized in military, hostile environments, aerospace, and telecommunications at ADC and Sumitomo Electric Lightwave. Additionally, as a senior consultant for KPMG Consulting, he provided expertise in performance management, business process improvement, and M&A integration support.
Early in his career, Brad held various engineering positions involved in the manufacture of long haul fiber optic cable and medium voltage power distribution cabling for Southwire Company and Sumitomo Electric.
Brad graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS in Engineering and received an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
